Arenal Volcano:

Poás Volcano:

Irazú Volcano:

This is the highest volcano in Costa Rica, located in the province of Cartago. From its summit, both the Pacific Ocean and the Caribbean Sea can be seen on clear days. Its crater contains a small green lake, and it has had historical eruptions.

Turrialba Volcano:

Turrialba Volcano is one of Costa Rica’s most active volcanoes, standing at 3,340 meters (10,958 feet). It frequently emits gas and ash, impacting nearby areas. Surrounded by lush forests, it offers stunning views and rich biodiversity.

Rincón de la Vieja Volcano:

Chato Volcano:

Barva Volcano:

Located in the Central Mountain Range, in Braulio Carrillo National Park, this volcano is known for its beautiful landscapes and biodiversity. It has not had recent volcanic activity, but its natural surroundings are ideal for ecotourism.

Miravalles Volcano:

Orosí Volcano:
